Accredited by Yoga Alliance International, graduates will receive certification as Yoga Teachers. This program is perfect for those committed to the journey of yoga.

Course Duration & Schedule

The course lasts for 6 months, equating to 300 hours, and consists of 24 sessions held on weekends. Students can participate in unlimited daily practice sessions on weekdays. The 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is designed to provide comprehensive education and embody the true essence of Yoga.

Eligibility and Considerations

This course is suitable for individuals aged 18 and older.

No prior yoga experience is required to participate. The routines can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of students with health issues or pre-existing conditions.

It is essential to consider whether you are fully prepared to take on the responsibility of guiding others in the practices and principles of the yogic way of life before pursuing Yoga Teacher Training (YTT).
